If you are ambitious, organised, proactive and energised by making things happen, this role will put you at the centre of meaningful work that impacts thousands of children across our schools.

This is not an ordinary PA role. You will be the CEO’s strategic partner in organisation, communication and coordination. You will enable the CEO to operate at the highest level across more than thirty schools, influence system leadership and shape the culture of one of the most forward-thinking Trusts in the country.

We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, builds strong relationships with ease and brings confidence, professionalism and warmth to every interaction.

Your impact

In this role you will:

  • Manage communications, prepare high quality documentation and keep the CEO fully informed and prepared for every meeting, event and decision
  • Maintain oversight of the CEO’s inbox, ensuring priorities are clear and actions are followed through
  • Provide expert administrative support, including minute taking, meeting preparation and visitor hosting

Support system leadership and Partnership wide strategy

  • Coordinate agendas, evidence, reports and preparation for Trustees
  • Work closely with the Strategic Development Group scheduling meetings, managing workflows and enabling high quality decision making
  • Ensure the CEO remains connected to all schools and central team functions
  • Facilitate communication with the DfE and external stakeholders
  • Enable the CEO to operate confidently in all forums, including formal accountability

Be a culture champion for Flying High

  • Build positive open relationships across the central team
  • Help deliver opportunities that bring our people together
  • Support the wellbeing of the CEO ensuring capacity to lead effectively
  • Role model the culture character and expectations of Flying High in everything you do

What you bring

We are looking for someone who is:

  • A highly capable administrator with excellent attention to detail
  • A confident communicator, able to build trust quickly
  • Skilled at prioritising, managing competing demands and staying calm under pressure
  • Discreet, professional and committed to confidentiality
  • Enthusiastic about contributing to a mission driven organisation
  • Emotionally intelligent with strong interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable using technology to streamline processes and improve efficiency
  • Experienced in a PA or executive support role, ideally within a complex organisation
