Location: The post is based at DEMAT’s offices in Ely. Hybrid working available dependent upon working pattern with occasional travel to our academies
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to join our HR team at a pivotal time of change. As we transition into our new People Services function in line with our People Strategy, you will play a key role in supporting our 38 primary academies and helping us shape an effective, high-quality service for our colleagues.
About You
To be successful in this new role, you will have:
· administration
experience, ideally within a HR team;
· excellent
communication and customer service skills;
· organisation/time
management skills with evidence of ability to prioritise a busy workload;
· IT skills
and knowledge of Microsoft and database/systems;
· a high
level of attention to detail;
· ideally
experience and knowledge of an education environment.
As part of our central People Services team, you will work
alongside one other People Services Administrator to provide a supportive and
effective service to our academies.
The People Services team is part of a wider central team offering advice and support to our academies across a number of functions including Finance, Facilities, IT and Governance. We work in partnership towards the common goal of delivering an excellent education for our pupils and a supportive, enriching place to work for our staff.
