We are delighted to announce a significant new opportunity to join Open Thinking Partnership (OTP) in the role of Trust HR Manager.

This is a pivotal, central role for an exceptional and inspirational practitioner ready to act as a key agent of operational excellence across our MAT of specialist schools currently in Leicestershire.

The successful candidate will drive systemic excellence and positive outcomes by focusing strategically on:

       Ensuring clear and timely support for school leaders on all HR matters

       Establishing exceptional learning and development frameworks across OTP

       Supporting the development and delivery of the Trust People Strategy

       Facilitating Trust growth initiatives

We are seeking a Trust HR Manager with proven experience in HR management and a strong skillset in HR casework. You will balance big picture thinking through delivering our people strategy, whilst keeping a close eye of the detail to ensure we comply with all statutory requirements and best practice.  With lots on the horizon, this is an exciting time to join our Trust!
