Admissions Manager

Salary: 5DT Grade 6 £31,536 - £35,412 pro rata, £14,033 - £15,578 p.a. actual

18.5 hours per week, term time plus 2 weeks (40 weeks per year)

2.5 days a week, to be worked between Mon-Fri 8.30am to 4.30pm

We are currently advertising a vacancy for an Admissions Manager to join the Shenley Brook End Admissions team for 2.5 days per week. 

We welcome applications for both the Shenley Brook End vacancy and the Trust vacancy at the same time. If you are interested in combining the two roles to create a full‑time position across five days, please indicate this in your application.

 You will lead our forward‑thinking data team, overseeing all in‑year admissions and managing the bulk admissions process for our September intake. It’s a pivotal and fast‑paced role where accuracy and organisation truly matter. We’re looking for someone with proven experience in admissions or data, exceptional attention to detail, and the confidence to work effectively to tight deadlines

The ideal candidate will: -

·        be highly organised

·        be a proficient IT user with the ability to work efficiently with a high degree of accuracy

·        have excellent communication skills that allow you to inform, coach and advise others

·        want to make a difference to the children in our care
