Job Title: Regional Business Leader
Location: Esteem Multi-Academy Trust
Grade/Scale: Support Pay Scale Grade 14 (Points 36-39) Actual Salary £54,867 - £60,971
Contract: 37 hours per week, all year round (Part time and/or term time only could be considered for the right candidate)
The Regional Business Leader provides strategic business management support across a cluster of up to four academies. The role will deliver expert guidance, training, and specialist advice in key business management areas, ensuring consistency, compliance, and operational excellence. You will be centrally based and work closely with school-based Operations Managers and Headteachers, without direct line management of operational staff, to strengthen business services across the Trust. The role involves significant travel and maintaining a regular on-site presence in each academy.
