Overview
We are looking for a
flexible, self-motivated individual to join the Ascend Learning Trust central
team as a Marketing and Executive Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate or an individual willing
to undergo training to develop within a supportive environment, where continuous learning is encouraged.
As a successful candidate, you will be working alongside a second post holder to provide administration support within the Central Operations and Executive Team and marketing support across the Trust. A high level of professional standards will be required, along with excellent organisational skills to independently handle multiple priorities and take charge of the executive teams’ work life.
A can-do attitude will be essential, and while previous knowledge in Canva, Photoshop and InDesign would be advantageous, full support and training will be provided. In addition, the successful candidate must have excellent English composition and writing skills, and be highly proficient in Microsoft Office.
A full UK driving license with
access to a car is required for this role to travel between and provide
marketing support by taking photos, videos, and ensuring press releases are drafted
and cascaded to local news outlets within a timely manner.
