This is a strategic role at the heart of our Trust鈥檚 digital transformation, offering the opportunity to shape how data is used to improve outcomes for children and young people with SEND.

Salary: 拢40,835 -
拢45,072 FTE (pro rata salary 拢36,201.80 - 拢39,958.06) depending on
experience
About the Role
As Trust Data Manager, you will:
路
Lead and
continuously improve Trust-wide data systems and compliance.
路
Ensure
GDPR adherence and robust data governance across all sites.
路
Integrate
MIS, safeguarding, HR, and finance systems to streamline operations.
路
Develop
dashboards and reporting tools that support strategic decision-making.
路 Collaborate with the Data Protection Officer, IT, and school teams to embed a culture of data ethics and excellence.
This is a senior operational role
requiring exceptional analytical ability, technical expertise, and the ability
to influence best practice across diverse professional teams.
What We鈥檙e Looking For
We鈥檙e looking for someone with:
路
A degree
in Data Science, IT, or a related field.
路
Proven
experience managing data systems in a multi-site organisation or MAT.
路
Expert
knowledge of UK GDPR and data protection legislation.
路
Strong
technical skills in data analysis, system integration, and reporting.
路
Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in the education sector,
particularly in SEND or alternative provision, is desirable but not essential.
