About this Role

The Role

Your primary role will revolve around defining, developing, monitoring, maintaining and replacing ICT Network systems. You will incorporate the views of the management, end-users, speciality engineers and suppliers to create efficient systems across the Trust.

The Candidate

We are looking for a proactive and highly skilled ICT Systems Engineer to join our Trust's dedicated ICT team. You will have a strong technical background with experience in ICT network support, server management, and cybersecurity. Your expertise in troubleshooting complex network issues and ensuring smooth day-to-day ICT operations will be essential in maintaining a high-performing and secure digital environment for our schools.

As a collaborative team player, you will work closely with colleagues, end-users, and external partners to develop and implement robust ICT solutions. Your ability to communicate effectively, provide training, and adapt to evolving technologies will make a significant impact on the Trust’s digital infrastructure. A methodical and detail-oriented approach, coupled with a customer-focused mindset, will ensure that our schools receive the best possible ICT support.
