opportunity has arisen for a Phase Leader at JRS within Maiden Erlegh Trust.
This role combines high-quality classroom teaching with leadership and
management of an allocated phase. The postholder will lead with a positive,
solution-focused approach, ensuring strong pupil outcomes, high standards of
teaching, and effective implementation of school and Trust priorities. The role
includes line management of colleagues, oversight of phase provision, and a
clear focus on improving outcomes for all pupils.
