We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant (Nursery) to join our dedicated Early Years team at John Rankin on a permanent basis.
This role
involves supporting the class lead in delivering high-quality early years
provision, enabling children to access learning, engage positively and make
strong progress within the EYFS Framework. The successful candidate will
play a key role in supporting pupils’ learning, development and wellbeing,
while contributing to a safe, inclusive and nurturing nursery environment.
The
postholder will work closely with teaching staff to support individuals, small
groups and the class as a whole, both indoors and outdoors, and will
demonstrate a clear and consistent commitment to safeguarding and promoting the
welfare of children.
