We are seeking an experienced Senior Speech & Language Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team across Hampshire  in a key leadership role.

About the role:
You will lead the development and delivery of a specialist speech and language therapy service for pupils with highly complex needs. Working collaboratively, you will provide advanced clinical expertise, oversee therapy provision across your site, and embed communication strategies throughout the curriculum. You will also lead staff training and supervision, coordinate multidisciplinary working, and contribute to service development, quality assurance and clinical leadership.

About you:

  • Qualified Speech & Language Therapist with HCPC and RCSLT registration
  • Significant experience working with ASC, SEMH and complex communication needs
  • Strong leadership, clinical decision-making and organisational skills
  • Passion for developing others and delivering high-quality, outcome-focused practice
