We are recruiting for a Learning Behaviour Mentor at The Richmond Primary Academy, based in Skegness.

 About the role

 To provide support to specified individuals or groups of students in order to raise motivation, overcome barriers and achieve their full potential. This a crucial role in supporting leadership of student behaviour and wellbeing. Working alongside the Pastoral Department and the Vice Principal to contribute to the day-to-day organisation and management of student welfare and behaviour across the Academy.

 28 hours per week Monday to Friday 9.00am – 3.05pm (30 min lunch break) - TERM TIME plus 5 Training Days

Someone who can work under the specific supervision, instruction and guidance of the Principal to support the teaching and behaviour in the Academy.
