We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our teaching team. This is a full-time teaching and leadership role with Teaching and Learning Responsibility (TLR) reflecting the strategic importance of leading Early Years across the school.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead,
develop and implement a high-quality EYFS curriculum in line with
statutory requirements and school vision
- Drive
excellence in teaching, learning and assessment across Nursery and
Reception
- Monitor
and evaluate provision to ensure consistently high standards and strong
outcomes for all pupils
- Support,
coach and develop colleagues within the Early Years team
- Work
closely with senior leaders to contribute to whole-school improvement
priorities
- Champion
inclusive practice, ensuring all children, including those with additional
needs, achieve their full potential
- Build
strong relationships with families to support children’s development and
wellbeing
We are looking for someone who has:
- Qualified
Teacher Status (QTS)
- Significant
experience teaching within EYFS, with a strong track record of impact on
outcomes
- Proven
leadership experience or readiness to step into a leadership role
- A deep
understanding of child development and early learning pedagogy
- Experience
of leading curriculum development and assessment in EYFS
- Strong
interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and
motivate others
- A
commitment to inclusive practice and high expectations for all learners
- The
ability to contribute positively to the ethos and values of Berry Brow
Infant and Nursery School and Impact Multi Academy Trust
