Oak Trees Multi Academy Trust and our School Governing Body wish to appoint a highly motivated, experienced and committed school leader to join the leadership team of Irby Primary School from September 2026.

·         are highly effective leaders with the ability to motivate and inspire pupils, colleagues and parents.

·         show a positive and caring attitude to all children.

·         have proven ability in raising standards and a commitment to continuous school improvement.

·         show a deep commitment to the vision and values of Oak Trees Multi Academy Trust, including playing a collaborative part across the Trust and representing the school at Trust events and training.

·         are willing to go the extra mile for the staff and families of Irby Primary School.
