We need a leader who truly understands our school - someone who can inspire, motivate, and drive lasting change. If you have the vision, passion, and leadership to make a real difference, we’d love to hear from you!

As the new Deputy Headteacher – Behaviour & Attitudes, you will:

  • Have an effective leadership style that develops a positive culture amongst staff and students.
  • Possess a dedication to providing students with the best education possible and have the vision, passion and proven track record in school improvement to ensure significant improvements in performance across the school.
  • Be someone with the ability to motivate and inspire students, staff and parents with a strong sense of teamwork and can lead by example, influencing decision-making and shaping policies.
  • Be aspirational, with an uncompromising commitment to improving educational outcomes for all students.
  • Lead upon all areas related to attendance, rewards, celebrations, behaviour and attitudes to create an inclusive, aspirational and community centred ethos across the school.

Whether you are seeking your first Deputy Headteacher post or an experienced school leader looking for the next challenge in your career, if you are committed to championing excellence for all and looking for an opportunity to support with leading an exceptional school within our Trust, we want to hear from you.
