We are seeking a dedicated and resilient Support Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play an active role in managing the behaviour of young people between the ages of 8 and 16, with a primary diagnosis of Autistic Spectrum Condition (ASC).
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the delivery of ongoing behavioural strategies and interventions.
- Communicate effectively with staff, pupils, and families, including managing complex and sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.
- Provide care, guidance, and encouragement to students, promoting fairness, boundaries, and respect.
- Work collaboratively with parents, stakeholders, and external agencies to support student progress.
- Maintain a safe, structured, and stimulating learning environment.
