Is an excellent classroom practitioner with high expectations for every child
Can turn learning into an engaging and meaningful experience that sparks curiosity
Brings creativity, energy and warmth to their teaching
Builds strong, positive relationships with pupils, families and colleagues
Nurtures a positive, inclusive and caring ethos where every child feels safe and valued.
Is reflective, motivated and committed to continual professional growth.
Is a team player who enjoys sharing ideas, supporting colleagues, and has a sense of humour (because let’s be honest, teaching without one would be tough!)
Has a passion for education, shaping young minds, and the ability to locate lost jumpers at record speed!
Understands that great teaching often involves equal parts planning, encouragement and patience.
