The Hemel
Hempstead School seeks an enthusiastic and inspirational leader to
join the Senior Leadership Team.
Working
alongside the existing Deputy Headteacher, and a large pastoral support,
intervention and attendance team, the successful applicant will have an
unclouded vision, excellent team-working qualities and the strategic leadership
skills to deliver improvements.
You will be an
experienced and self-motivated practitioner, with a proven track
record of impact, and who has the vision, energy, and courage to further
improve standards of values driven behaviour, attendance, and engagement
with all aspects of school life.
The successful
post holder will line manage pastoral staff and the Heads of Year across a
whole key stage. The role would also include leading for the school on
The Hemel Hempstead Experience (The HHEx), educational trips and visits,
and our careers programme.
