Life Coach  – Brompton Hall School

Are you a hardworking, creative, and knowledgeable professional with a passion for supporting children with SEND?  Brompton Hall School is seeking a Life Coach to play a vital role in shaping the personal development and welfare of our pupils. As the life coach, you will ensure high-quality pastoral support for pupils with additional needs, working closely with staff, families, and external agencies. In addition, you will lead personal development across the whole school, driving initiatives that promote well-being, resilience, and positive relationships.  Working within the established pastoral team you will support interventions and pupils personal development for all pupils within the school. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people, within a supportive and dynamic school community. This role is term time only, 37 hrs pw.  Actual Pro Rata Salary is £27,532 - £29,910 ,  term time only, 39 paid weeks
