About this Role
We are seeking to appoint a dedicated Behaviour and Intervention Lead to join our team at Enrich Academy.
Working closely with SLT, the SENDCo, teachers and support staff, you will be responsible for planning, implementing and reviewing a number of holistic one-to-one or small group intervention programmes for learners with complex SEMH needs. You will help them achieve their full potential and support the process of transitioning pupils back into mainstream or specialist education.
As part of the role, you will be required to train as a Team Teach trainer.
