As a Level 4 Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting learning and inclusion across the school. Your responsibilities will include:
Planning and delivering engaging lessons, including leading classes independently when required
Supporting, monitoring, and tracking pupil progress through targeted interventions
Mentoring and guiding other Teaching Assistants, sharing expertise and best practice
Working collaboratively with external professionals, including Speech and Language Therapists and Occupational Therapists
Contributing to SEND provision, strategies, and whole-school initiatives
Using your understanding of child development to adapt teaching approaches to meet individual needs
Using ICT and a range of teaching styles to promote engagement and progress
Building positive, meaningful relationships with pupils, colleagues, and parents
We are seeking someone who is:

You will also demonstrate:
