About this Role

We are looking to appoint an English Teacher who wants to join an experienced, supportive, committed faculty and make a real difference with our young people. A forward-thinking, dynamic teacher will only strengthen our existing team. The ability to also teach Film Studies is advantageous.

Led by a Head of Faculty, a Second in Faculty, Key Stage Leader and a member of the Senior Leadership Team, the faculty work collaboratively, always putting the needs of our students at the forefront of what we do. We would love to show you round our department and our academy. English is taught passionately across all year groups, from Year 7 through to Post 16 courses.

Results in English are on an upward trend, and we are driven to ensure this continues. This role offers you the opportunity to develop and excel as a teacher, within a strong and effective team of practitioners. We understand that working collaboratively not only improves outcomes but also reduces workload.
