About this Role
We are seeking to appoint an Assistant Headteacher (SENDCo) to join our dedicated team at Elements Academy.
You will be responsible for the SEND strategy and lead strategic oversight of provision across Elements Academy.
The successful candidate will enable school staff to deliver high-quality SEN and inclusion for children whilst establishing efficient processes and providing coaching and training.
You will represent the school in SEND, working collaboratively to build strong and effective partnerships with key stakeholders including local authority SEND teams.
