About this Role

At Elements Academy, curriculum and teaching are the vehicles through which every student’s potential is realised.
 
We are a specialist setting where all students have SEND and an EHCP. We are seeking an exceptional and highly skilled leader to design, implement and sustain a highly ambitious, carefully sequenced and expertly delivered curriculum for all learners.
 
This is a pivotal role for a leader who understands that in a specialist setting, curriculum is about precision, coherence and expert adaptation, ensuring that every learner can access powerful knowledge and make meaningful progress.
