Key Responsibilities:
This is a strategic and highly influential leadership
position within our pastoral structure. Reporting to the Assistant Headteacher
for Pastoral, you will:
- Lead
and line manage Heads of Year and members of the Pastoral Team
- Drive
a strong Behaviour for Learning culture across the school
- Lead
on behaviour systems including suspensions, reintegration, report cards,
Reset Room and intervention strategies
- Monitor
and analyse behaviour, attendance and safeguarding data to identify trends
and implement impactful strategies
- Work
closely with the Deputy Headteacher (Inclusion) and Assistant Headteacher
(Behaviour & Attitudes) to deliver an outstanding pastoral vision
- Support
students with SEMH and behavioural needs to successfully follow ‘The
Kingsway’
- Build
strong partnerships with families and external agencies to secure positive
outcomes
This role requires resilience, strategic thinking and the
ability to balance high expectations with care and compassion.
