About this Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and committed individuals to join the school’s Local Governing Board to support us in our work which involves:

 Supporting the school to uphold The Gateway Trust’s vision for high quality and inclusive education and the values of Being, Belonging, Becoming;

 Providing assurance of robust oversight of pupil welfare, and health and safety;

 Supporting the school to engage with stakeholders and the local community to inform decision-making.

It’s an opportunity to get involved and make a difference to our school and the lives of children and young people in our community. We meet 6 times per year on Wednesday evenings from 5-7pm. You will also need to come into school at least once a term for a monitoring visit.
