Stopsley High School is seeking to appoint an ambitious and experienced teacher or leader to the role of Deputy SENCO. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate who has a strong track record of working with pupils with SEND and their families, and will be ready to take on the challenges and rewards of this leadership role within our dedicated and forward-thinking SEND team.
The successful candidate will play a key role in our large, vibrant, and forward-looking SEND team, led by an experienced and dynamic SENDCO. Our team is passionate about adaptive teaching and committed to delivering an outstanding academic experience for students with SEND.
Stopsley High School has been on a rapid improvement journey, becoming an academy in September 2021 and joining the Middlesex Learning Trust. Our school has benefited from collaborative networking across the Trust, opportunities to share best practice, and access to innovative training. This hard work was recognised in our Ofsted inspection in September 2022, where we were graded “Good” in all five areas.
