Alderman’s Green Primary School is a welcoming and inclusive school committed to providing a high-quality education for all pupils. We pride ourselves on being a supportive, forward-thinking school that works closely with families and the wider community to ensure every child is able to achieve their full potential.
We welcome children of all abilities and backgrounds and are dedicated to creating a nurturing environment where pupils feel safe, valued and inspired to learn. Our broad and engaging curriculum, along with a range of enrichment opportunities, helps our children develop academically, socially and emotionally.
We are looking to extend our team with a Learning Support Assistant who will bring enthusiasm, commitment and a genuine passion for supporting children in their learning.
We encourage candidates to highlight their individual interests and explain why they feel our school would be the right place for them to develop their career. Ideally, applicants will hold a Teaching Assistant qualification and/or have experience working with children with additional needs. Knowledge or experience of supporting children with SEMH needs, Autism, or Communication and Interaction difficulties would be advantageous.
However, we would also welcome applications from individuals with limited experience who are enthusiastic about working in a school environment and supporting children who require additional support. Full training and support will be provided.
Alderman’s Green Primary School is proud of its friendly, caring ethos and strong sense of community. Our pupils are wonderful to work with, and our staff team is supportive and collaborative. We would love to welcome a new colleague who shares our commitment to helping every child succeed.
