Our Lady and All Saints Catholic Multi Academy Company (“the MAC”) was formed in April 2021 and currently comprises of 12 Catholic Primary Schools and 2 Catholic Secondary Schools across the Birmingham, Solihull, and Warwickshire areas. 

One form entry school based in Warwickshire.

 The successful candidate will

  • Be committed to promoting the Catholic ethos of our school. Protected posts will be required to be a practicing Catholic.
  • Have an excellent knowledge of the curriculum and an understanding of how children learn.
  • Be able to inspire children to learn and demonstrate high quality teaching.
  • Challenge pupils of all abilities and be committed to raising standards.
  • Be skilled at using assessment to inform planning, setting challenging targets for pupils and be able to accurately track pupil progress.
  • Have excellent teaching, organisation and communication skills.
  • Have good interpersonal skills, able to work effectively as a team. member with colleagues, parents and governors.
  • Have a strong commitment to their own learning and professional development.

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Class Teacher to join our vibrant and nurturing school community. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic educator to make a meaningful impact during a pivotal stage in our pupils’ learning journey.

·        Deliver engaging and creative lessons in line with the curriculum.

·        Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that supports all learners.

·        Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing timely feedback and support.

·        Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers to support pupil development.

·        Contribute to the wider life of the school, including extracurricular activities and school events.

·        Uphold the school’s values and commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
