We are looking for an experienced  Early Years Practitioner / Teaching Assistant for a Maternity Cover Position from 23rd February 2026.  The hours are 8:30 - 15:30 Monday to Friday (32.5 hours per week).  You must hold an NVQ2 Teaching Assistant or Early Years qualification.    The  actual starting salary for this role, will be £19098.31 per annum.

We are looking for a Teaching Assistant who:

  •         Has an NVQ2 Teaching Assistant Qualification or higher (Essential)
  •         Has experience of Early years/Key Stage 1
  •         Ability to lead learning independently with a group of children
  •         Is enthusiastic, energetic, hardworking and resilient
  •         Is well-organised
  •         Is a good team player
  •         Has a fun, positive approach to life
  •         Is keen to learn and develop
