Hours:                     32.5hrs per week

Would you like to be part of our friendly team? Can you be the first to offer a smile to our visitors? Are you super organised? If so, we are looking for an Admin Assistant to join the team at the Florence Nightingale Academy.

 The successful candidate will:

  • Have excellent communication skills with children, parents, staff and outside agencies
  • Be able to prioritise workload and meet deadlines in completing tasks
  • Complete general admin duties, including typing, filing and taking phone calls
  • Have excellent organisational skills
  • Be flexible, adaptable and able to multitask
  • Be proficient with ICT, including Word and Excel
  • Have experience of working in a school office or similar environment
  • Liaise with the Office Manager
  • Carry out duties requested by the Head and Deputy Headteachers
