Salary: Pathway 6, £26,636
- £29,450 per annum (FTE £35,412 - £39,152)

Academy.
Your
role:
As a HLTA/Associate
Tutor (maternity cover) at Richard Barnes Academy, you will play a crucial role
in improving the learning, progress, and behaviour of our students. You will
work closely with teachers, senior leadership, outside agencies, and parents to
provide tailored support to our students, particularly those with special
educational needs and disabilities (SEND) or social, emotional, and mental
health (SEMH) needs. Your responsibilities will include contributing to lesson
planning, delivering engaging learning activities, and maintaining a positive
and safe learning environment. You will also act as a coach to a group of
students, helping them to achieve their full potential. To succeed in this
role, you should have a clear understanding of the needs of Alternative
Provision students, experience in supporting students with literacy and
numeracy, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to work
collaboratively with teachers and other professionals, and a commitment to the
values of ambition, determination, conviction, and reflection.
