for our PE Teacher role!
Your
role:
As our new PE Teacher, you will
lead engaging, inspirational PE lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 and drive the
delivery of sports qualifications that set students up for future success. You
will also coordinate our outdoor education programme in partnership with
specialist providers, bringing learning to life through enrichment days,
off-site adventures, outdoor skills awards, trips and expeditions.
Your work will be rooted in our
core values: keeping every student safe, helping them build their character,
and raising their ambition through high-quality physical and outdoor learning
experiences.
To thrive in this role, you’ll
bring strong subject knowledge, the ability to plan and deliver inclusive
teaching, a genuine enthusiasm for outdoor learning and experience supporting
young people with diverse needs. You’ll be confident managing risk assessments
and ensuring safe practice in all environments, while communicating clearly
with parents, colleagues and external partners. You’ll also be able to motivate
staff, create purposeful learning environments and lead with resilience and
calm.
