Thank you for your interest in the
post of Deputy Headteacher at St Mary’s Church of England School.
Would you like to be part of a
forward-thinking, supportive school community where your professional
development is truly valued? At St Mary’s, we are committed to providing
ongoing career development opportunities and are seeking an exceptional Deputy
Headteacher to join our dynamic and ambitious leadership team. This vacancy has

As Deputy Headteacher, you will
play a key role in the strategic and operational leadership of the school. This
will include supporting the continued development of our curriculum and

This is an exciting opportunity to
join the St Mary’s community and make a lasting difference. We are proud of our
wonderful children, who are at the heart of everything we do. Staff wellbeing
is a priority, and we are committed to fostering a positive, supportive working
environment. Behaviour management is strong across the school, enabling a calm
and purposeful atmosphere where everyone can thrive.
We look forward to welcoming a committed and inspirational leader who will help all members of our school community to ‘shine as lights in the world’.
