Job Title: Assistant Headteacher

Location: Elmsleigh Infant & Nursery School

Grade/Scale: Leadership Pay Scale (Points L4 - L8) - Actual Salary £55,746 - £61,534 per annum

Contract: 32.5 hours per week

We are seeking an inspirational Assistant Headteacher who will play a key role in shaping the quality of education across the school. The successful candidate will:

• Play a key role in the strategic leadership of the school, with specific responsibility for ensuring the highest standards of Quality of Education across the school, and leading the development, delivery and impact of phonics
• Contribute to the overall leadership and management of the school to secure outstanding outcomes for all pupils
• Have a part time teaching commitment, giving you the opportunity to lead strategically while remaining closely connected to classroom practice. We believe this balance is vital in ensuring leadership decisions are rooted in a deep understanding of our pupils and the realities of teaching and learning
