Here at
Brownhills Ormiston Academy, we are looking for an exceptional Reset Room
Manager. The role requires strong relational skills, emotional
intelligence, resilience, and the ability to support students to
reflect on their behaviour while maintaining clear
boundaries and high expectations. As Reset Room Manager you will play a
key role in helping students regulate, rebuild relationships, and reintegrate
positively into learning, contributing to a calm and supportive school culture.
We are
looking for a well organised, reliable, trustworthy, and
enthusiastic individual who has a proven track record of working
effectively with children/young people. The ideal candidate
must demonstrate that they have knowledge of safeguarding and child
protection policies and procedures in order to join our safeguarding
team.
You
will demonstrate the motivation required to work with
children, resilience in dealing with challenging behaviours,
and possess the ability to form and maintain appropriate
supportive relationships. You will have the confidence and skills to
manage the behaviour in a secondary school.
You will
have the knowledge and skills to provide pastoral and wellbeing support for
all students, encouraging students to develop the necessary skills
and strategies to access the curriculum and to re-integrate within the normal
classroom setting
The
role is ideally suited to an organised and efficient
individual with an eye for detail and accuracy, and who understands the
importance of confidentiality and integrity in the workplace.

successful candidate will possess clear communication skills and the
ability to relate well to both students and staff. We are looking for
someone who can demonstrate commitment, energy, and drive to join our
team and work to provide positive learning experiences for all our students.
