About this Role

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people with special educational needs? We are seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate Teacher to join our team.
The role 
  • A great chance to work with a strong, fun enthusiastic team.
  • Ensure all pupils in their care within the academy receive an exciting, effective and appropriate education
  • Be active in promoting our visions and values and supporting our ethos for achievement for all and high standards.
  • Monitor, assess, and report on teaching quality, learning, and classroom management.
  • Provide differentiated work to meet individual student needs.
  • Maintain curriculum planning and review cycles in line with school policies.
  • Ensure the safeguarding and welfare of all students.

About You
  • Qualified Teacher Status
  • Ability to maximise the use of ICT for both teaching and professional duties
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels both verbal and written
  • Good organisational and interpersonal skills
  • Experience planning for and teaching pupils with SEN
  • Experience with school improvement and monitoring
