The leaders and governors of Chaucer Junior School are excited to share with you a rare opportunity to join our friendly, well-established team. We are seeking an organised, approachable and capable caretaker that we hope will become a permanent member of our Chaucer family.
Due to this post having access to children and/or vulnerable adults, it is exempt from the ROA 1974 and the successful candidate will be required to undertake a Disclosure and Barring Service check. However, the possession of a criminal record will not necessarily prevent an applicant from obtaining this post, as all cases are judged individually according to the nature of the role and information provided.
