About
you
The successful
applicant should have a passion for working with pupils who have special
educational needs and disabilities. You should have leadership experience in behaviour
or inclusion roles, be qualified to at least
level 3 in a relevant qualification and have a clear understanding of
the needs of pupils with a wide range of SEND.
The Role
The Inclusion Lead will assist
the Senior Leadership team in co-ordinating and supporting inclusion throughout
the school through interventions, pastoral support, and leading behaviour. You
will also lead a team of at least five intervention mentors. The role requires enthusiasm,
hard work and a passion for supporting high quality learning to maximise a
pupil's potential.
