Job Title: Operations Manager
Location: St Clare's School
Grade/Scale: Support Pay Scale F £30.024-£32,597
Contract: 37 hours per week, all year round (Part time and/or term time only could be considered for the right candidate)
St Clare’s School, part of Esteem Multi-Academy Trust, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Operations Manager to play a pivotal role in supporting the smooth and effective running of our school. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced business or operations professional who is passionate about improving outcomes for children and young people — particularly those who are vulnerable or require additional support.
As Operations Manager, you will be a key member of the school’s support leadership, ensuring that our operational, administrative, financial, HR, and estates functions run efficiently and in line with statutory and Trust requirements. You’ll work closely with senior leaders, staff, and external partners to maintain high standards across all business operations.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a varied, fast-paced environment and enjoys leading teams, improving systems, and driving positive change.
