St Regis is looking to appoint an Administrative Officer to join the Curriculum Support Team and work primarily with Post-16. The post holder will work alongside the Head of Year 12 & 13 and under the guidance of senior staff to organise and deliver effective and administrative support for post-16 students within the academy, and to assist with the planning and development of support services. You will take responsibility for the post-16 area and supervision of post-16 students, recording and monitoring attendance, assisting in the coordination for student careers interviews, provide admin support to the Director of Sixth Form where required and provide administration of the 16-19 Bursary Fund.

This is a varied and interesting role within a friendly and inspiring environment! You will be joining a strong and motivated Curriculum Support Team - made up of the Data Manager, another Admin Officer, Exams Officer, IT Technicians and many other support staff. The postholder will work full-time, term time only plus two weeks in the holidays to coincide with examination results days.

We will review applications on receipt. Suitable candidates may be interviewed before the closing date, and we reserve the right to withdraw the position if an early appointment is made.

Please contact Mrs Marie Nicholls, Leadership Support & Marketing Manager at mnicholls@stregisacademy.org to arrange a visit or ask any questions regarding the recruitment process.
