We are looking for:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher of Art to join Carlton Academy Trust, where creativity and high standards go hand in hand. The successful candidate will inspire students across a range of abilities and age groups, delivering engaging and inclusive lessons that foster both academic achievement and personal growth. You will play a key role in shaping a positive school culture, contribute to curriculum development, and provide pastoral support as a form tutor. This role offers the opportunity to lead innovative projects that encourage self-expression and critical thinking, while promoting a deep appreciation of artistic techniques and cultural diversity. Beyond the classroom, you will help enrich the wider school community through creative initiatives.  The ideal candidate will demonstrate professional integrity, a collaborative approach, and a commitment to continuous improvement, ensuring every student has the opportunity to thrive.
