We are looking for:

We are looking for an ambitious and highly effective Science practitioner to take on the role of Assistant Director of Science, supporting the strategic leadership of the faculty and helping to drive consistently high standards across all Key Stages. The successful candidate will contribute to curriculum development, quality assurance, and the delivery of highquality professional development, using assessment and performance data to inform targeted interventions that improve student outcomes. Working closely with the Director of Science, Lead Teachers, and Associate Lead Teachers, the role involves mentoring colleagues, supporting staff development, and leading key areas of faculty practice, including the induction of new staff. This post is suited to a reflective and collaborative leader with strong subject knowledge, excellent classroom practice, and the confidence to deputise for the Director of Science when required, contributing positively to the ongoing improvement of teaching, learning, and achievement within the faculty.
