• Term: Fixed-term contract
• Duration: 1st September 2026 – 31st August 2027

A Day in the Life:

You'll be responsible for bringing your passion and expertise to the following areas:

• Inspiring Excellence: Deliver high-quality Science teaching across Key Stages 3 & 4, using your subject passion to drive student progress and engagement.
• Creative Curriculum Design: Develop and adapt innovative learning materials that challenge and excite students of all abilities.
• Digital Integration: Use IT effectively within your planning and classroom delivery to enhance the learning experience.
• Collaborative Growth: Work as a vital member of our supportive, established and dynamic team, with a view to taking lead responsibility for a specific area of the Science curriculum.
• Professional Development: Proactively engage in performance reviews and identify bespoke training opportunities to further your pedagogical skills.
• A Safe & Inclusive Environment: Uphold the highest standards of safeguarding, health and safety, and equal opportunities to ensure a secure, welcoming atmosphere for all.

What We're Looking For:
You are the perfect fit for our team if you have:

• Qualifications: QTS (or currently working towards it) with a focus on Science.
• Knowledge: A solid grasp of the National Curriculum and a commitment to Lab Health & Safety.
• Mindset: A "can-do" philosophy, high aspirations for students, and a flexible, energetic approach to school life.
• Integrity: A genuine enjoyment of working with young people and an unwavering commitment to safeguarding.
