About this Role

We are looking to appoint a General Teaching Assistant for 17.25  Hours per Week, on a Term Time only basis to join our team at George Pindar School. This role will be working three days per week. 

George Pindar School is an 11-16 secondary situated in Scarborough. We are a community school where our colleagues are #proudtobepindar and we are looking positively to the future. This role will work with Teachers to support teaching and learning by working with individuals or small groups of pupils under the direction of teaching staff, and may be responsible for some learning activities within the overall teaching plan with access to support and guidance as required.
