Waterfront UTC are seeking to appoint a highly effective Site Operative to join the Estates Department, to start from April 2026.
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Site Operative to join our school community. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring our school is a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors. Responsibilities include general maintenance, security of the premises, health and safety checks, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the school.
This is a full time, permanent, all year-round role, paid on the NJC pay scale D2 points 4-11 (FTE £25,185 - £28,142).
The working pattern will consist of 37 hours per week, Monday-Friday, with a 30-minute unpaid break each day.
