We are searching for an exemplary Assistant Principal for Hartsholme Academy, Lincoln. You will play a pivotal, strategic role alongside our brilliant staff, developing and leading the team toward success and happiness for all.  

 You will be a values-driven leader who is relentlessly positive.  You will be ambitious yet humble and committed to nurturing and empowering our children, staff, and community with the highest standards of learning and teaching , ensuring success and happiness for every child regardless of their starting point.
