As part of Astrea Academy Trust, we are committed to delivering an inclusive, aspirational, and academic education for all. Our knowledge-rich curriculum, warm/strict culture, and high expectations ensure impeccable behaviour and joyful learning. We work tirelessly to help every scholar overcome barriers and thrive—regardless of background or starting point.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive improvement of attendance and punctuality across the academy.
  • Monitor and challenge persistent absences; liaise with parents/carers regarding scholar absence.
  • Work collaboratively with staff, scholars, and families to promote high attendance.
  • Identify scholars requiring home visits and conduct or accompany these visits.
  • Fulfil all administrative functions associated with attendance.

What We’re Looking For

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • A full driving licence is essential.
  • Hardworking, improvement-focused, and committed to safeguarding.

Why Join Astrea Academy Dearne?
