Job Overview
A new position of a Resource Base Lead at Noremarsh Junior School is available from September 2026 on a permanent basis. This role is responsible for providing strategic, operational, and instructional leadership within the school’s Resource Base. The post will ensure high-quality teaching, personalised provision, and strong outcomes for children with identified additional needs of Speech, Language and Communication - SLCN). You will work closely with school leaders, teachers, external agencies, and families to create an inclusive, nurturing, and aspirational environment
