About this Role

Job Title: Teacher

Location: Holbrook School for Autism 

Grade/Scale: Teacher Pay Range from M1 to UPS3 plus SEN1 allowance (£2,679)

Contract: 32.5 hours per week, 52 weeks per year.

Core responsibilities for this role include demonstrating consistently high expectations for all children and young people, with a strong commitment to helping every student achieve their full educational potential. You will build relationships that are fair, respectful, supportive and constructive, ensuring every learner feels valued and encouraged.

You will embody positive values and attitudes, acting as a role model through high standards of professional behaviour at all times.
